We can work with you on ‘how’ to develop your solution, but also help you in shaping it, in case the ‘what’ is not fully clear to you yet. We have a strong algorithms and system architecture team who could either provide the whole system solution for you, or help you refining yours, if needed.

Integrated Software Development Capability

The engineering team is not only chip development, it’s also a software development: we can design the required software to perform silicon validation, or provide software IPs as a primary deliverables.

We are strong in digital design, in analogue design and in anything that required a mix of the two. The organization is structured in a way to maximise the interactions among those functions, to make sure analogue team listens to digital team and viceversa. Our selection process is not an easy one, even for graduates or interns: we spend significant time analysing CVs and performing several levels of interviews, before an offer is made. The objective is to keep our engineering pool at the top talent level.
