Individualised engineering career acceleration

Our approach is designed to fast-track the growth of new engineering graduates by providing structured, hands-on experience and personalised coaching. Each engineer follows a tailored journey that balances technical depth and cross-functional exposure, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term success.

Dedicated Coaching from Day One

A personal coach is assigned to each graduate immediately upon joining, offering guidance, support, and continuous feedback throughout the first year of their career.

A Tailored Career Acceleration Framework

From several established training frameworks, a unique programme is crafted for each individual—choosing the right balance between depth and width. For example: a graduate engineer interested in digital more than analogue may follow a flow from RTL design to GDSII, including RTL design, RTL verification, synthesis, implementation, and DFT elements. Conversely, someone passionate about analogue may receive a more intense analogue-focused pathway.

A Customized Depth & Width Development Plan

Together with the coach, the graduate defines a personalized plan that accelerates training across two dimensions:

• Depth: the level of technical specialization in one or more functions

• Width: the number of functions to explore for broader exposure

1-Year, Hands-On, Multi-Function Experience

The programme runs for roughly one year, with each function explored for a minimum of three months under the mentorship of an experienced specialist. It is highly practical, often involving real project participation or developing solutions that will be deployed in actual products. At the end of the programme, the engineer and their coach select the preferred function and define the long-term career path within it.
