eSi-ADAS Foundation Library

esi-adasOur eSi-ADAS IP, now in its 3rd generation, is a library of configurable hardware accelerator IP for MIMO virtual array imaging radar processing. The IP provides hardware acceleration of the key algorithms including calibration, windowing, FFT, digital beam-forming, power spectrum generation, CFAR detection, clustering, super-resolution, kinematics, co-ordinate conversion, measurement to track association and tracking filters.  The eSi-ADAS IP can be used as hardware accelerators on processor or DSP-based platforms, or as a fully integrated system using minimal memory, making it ideal for integrating into multi-channel RF ICs.  The fully integrated technology provides all the processing; from the ADC to the object tracks, with the FFT data associated with each track being available for AI processing.

EnSilica has a long history of developing communication infrastructure technology for ASIC and FPGA based products. Our experience includes high speed and low latency interfaces including Ethernet up to 100G,  Common Public Radio Interface (CPRI), PCIe and JESD204B.  Digital signal processing techniques are key in wireless cellular and satellite communication systems and we have been deploying systems since the days of 2.5G, covering physical layer processing, and Remote Radio Head (RRH).  We are currently involved in developing massive MIMO phase array solutions.
